The Problem We Solve
When the founder steps back, the manager quits, or life interrupts the business, who picks up where they left off? We help you identify where you're vulnerable and build the leadership depth to survive it.
One person carries all the knowledge. We map it and redistribute it before it becomes a crisis.
Growing up in the restaurant isn't enough. We develop the skills that actually transfer leadership.
Great people leave bad cultures. We help you build the kind of environment they stay for.
"Through his approach we have established an environment that encourages team members to overcome obstacles that were once barriers to our growth."
Tim — Mentee
